University of Wisconsin Oshkosh's biogas plant takes high-solids organic material and turns it into heat and electricity

The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh has dedicated the first high solids dry fermentation anaerobic digester (HSAD) in the Americas. On average, 2,320,000 kWh will be generated annually, providing 8 percent of the University’s electricity needs on its campus.
