Valero expands ethanol production capacity with ethanol plants acquisition(06/01/2010)
Valero Renewable Fuels Company, LLC has signed an agreement with ASA Ethanol Holdings, LLC to buy two ethanol plants that had been previously owned by VeraSun Energy Corporation.
